Our pieces are made using 3D printing, recycling and upcycling. We also use some metals such as copper and silver. Any flaws in the silver or copper are inherent to the method, the natural process of the metals and the manufacturing process, and do not constitute defects.

 

If any other defect occurs, the products may be exchanged or returned (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code).

 

In cases of proven defects, you can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the part via email: trelicontato@gmail.com

 

In cases of proven defects, treli will bear the return costs.

 

In the case of exchanges for other reasons, such as sizing issues, the customer will be responsible for shipping and reshipping costs. Therefore, please contact us with any questions before purchasing.

 

Note: Problems such as loose pins, for example, are considered manufacturing defects. Broken chains, dented or scratched parts are NOT considered defects.
